VENUE INFORMATION AND HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:   

The 2017 Annual Meeting will be held at the Peppermill Resort & Conference Center in Reno, NV.    We think you will enjoy the AAA  4-Diamond Hotel that is the #1 rated hotel in northern Nevada.

The Peppermill Resort is tapped into a geothermal aquifier and they harness geothermal energy to heat 100% of the Resort’s domestic water and mechanical heat throughout the 2.1 Million square feet foot facility, 24/7.  

We have reserved a limited block of non-smoking hotel rooms in both the Peppermill Tower ($79/night) and the North-West Wing ($59/night) for the dates of our meeting.  All rooms were recently renovated and are near the meeting space we will be using for our meeting.  The resort fee has been waived.  Peppermill guests who book as part of our room block will receive free internet access in the sleeping rooms, meeting rooms and all public areas at an increased download speed of 30.0 mbps.  Guests will also receive complimentary use of the business center, incoming and outgoing faxes (up to 5 pages free), $75 of hotel coupons, free use of the health club and pool, valet, EV charging stations, access to the parking garage and shuttle service to/from the airport.
