Activities indicated with an asterisk (*) require an additional fee beyond conference registration.

TUESDAY:

  • Conference registration opens at 3:00 pm.
  • Welcome Reception – First chance to meet and network with professionals (7:00 – 9:00 pm)*

WEDNESDAY:

  • Breakfast Roundtable:  (7:30 am)*
  • Visit the Student Affairs table in the Exhibit Hall – especially if any time you have questions!
  • Concurrent Sessions! Attend at least one, if not more, concurrent sessions on topics that interest you. Feel free to switch sessions between presenters. (1:30 – 5:30 pm)
  • Resume Workshop for Undergrads (3:30 – 5:30 pm)
  • Members Banquet/Awards (7:00 – 10:00 pm)*

THURSDAY:

  • Career Fair (9:00 am – 12:00 pm)
  • Resume Workshop for Undergrads (10:30 am – 12:30 pm)
  • Student-Professional Lunch (12:30-1:30pm) Advance RSVP required
  • Plenary Session: Invasive Species: Globalization and bad decisions (1:30 – 4:30 pm)
  • Poster Viewing – see what other wildlife students (and professionals) are researching at the poster session (6:00 – 8:00 pm)
  • Chapter Meetings – Meet professionals that live near you (8:00 – 9:30 pm)

FRIDAY:

  • Resume Workshop for Graduate Students (8:30 – 10:30 am)
  • Concurrent Sessions (8:30 am – 12:30 pm)
  • Job Interview Panel (10:30 – 11:30 am)
  • Resume Critiques (10:30 am – 12:30 pm)
